Fiber Laser Cutting
Our 6kW Morn fiber laser, paired with the OSPRI LCM08 cutting head, is fully enclosed and features an interchangeable bed designed for sheets up to 1500mm x 3000mm.
Cutting capabilities include:
- Carbon Steel: 0.5mm – 25mm
- Stainless Steel: 1mm – 12mm
- Aluminium: 1mm – 8mm
Additionally, the machine incorporates tube cutting and profile cutting module capable of handling materials with outer diameters from 25mm to 350mm. This allows us to cut a wide range of profiles including round, square, rectangular tubing, angle iron, and more—offering near-limitless possibilities.
CNC Bending
We leverage cutting-edge technology to achieve precision bending with our JFY TPR8 full CNC Hydraulic Press Brake.
This powerful machine boasts a robust 225-ton press capacity and a generous 3100mm bed, allowing us to handle large and complex bending tasks with ease. The press brake features a column distance of 2700mm and a throat depth of 410mm, accommodating a wide range of material sizes and thicknesses.
Equipped with the TJS-90T control system and full 3D integrated graphics, our press brake offers seamless operation and enhanced accuracy.
The 6+1 axis control with back gauges ensures precise bends and consistently high-quality results for all your fabrication needs.
